It's hard to believe, but it's true. Your listing fee can be $0if you simply agree to buy your next property through us. $180 will be collected up front and $2,500 will be collected at closing but 100% of that will be released back to you upon purchase of a replacement property (within 20% of the value of the property sold) through Hunter Group Realty which is offering a 3% commission to a buyer agent (which most do).
